| Requests for returns must be made in writing within 7 days of receiving the product. Items must be shipped back within 21 days of the original invoice date. Items must be in original packaging and in resale able condition. Returns without a prior written request and approval will not be accepted. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Defects:
In the case of a defect please notify us ASAP. Ice Pix will replace the item at no additional cost. If the customer desires a refund instead of a replacement item, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. |
